Needs Analysis survey of employment frontline staff
This survey is being carried out as part of the recently launched Department of Justice Working to Change social enterprise and employment strategy 2021 – 2023 and is supported by the Department of Social Protection.
Purpose of this survey:
1) To gather information on the needs of frontline employment intervention staff who, knowingly or unknowingly, work with people with convictions
2) To use the data gathered to help shape and develop the infrastructure to support these essential frontline workers by closing the gaps identified through this process
3) To assist in achieving better outcomes for clients with criminal records
4) To share the outcomes of this Needs Analysis with relevant Departments and public bodies
